GIVE TO GAIN PANELISTS 

Caroline Duvieusart-Déry is the Director of Operations and Strategic Partnerships at The Prosperity Project, a registered charity that works to?create a Canada where all women can thrive?and break through the biases and barriers that hinder their success. She partners with corporate and community leaders to identify and eliminate obstacles to women's leadership, helping to grow careers and build a stronger, fairer economy. Before joining The Prosperity Project, she led a variety of portfolios related to policy development, research and community engagement. She is passionate about social justice and bringing people and organizations together to foster resilient, equitable and inclusive communities where all can thrive.

 

Natasha Binns is a dynamic Event Director with over 15 years of event experience orchestrating high-profile unforgettable events, Natasha has a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation. 

She was born in the sunny island of Jamaica & grew up in Durham Region. ?She studied international business at Seneca Polytechnic and earned a marketing degree at the University of Ottawa. Outside of work, Natasha is a proud mother of three young boys and enjoys thrifting, traveling & tacos.

 

Tricia Campbell is the Project Lead, Workforce Equity and Inclusion, with the City of Vaughan. She brings over close to 17 years of experience at the City of Vaughan. Her experience includes investigating human rights violations on behalf of the City of Toronto and Toronto Police Services while working as an independent adjuster. She has experience working as an HR Consultant on a national recruitment campaign which was marketed to international health professionals.  

In her current position, she works on the City of Vaughan's Human Resources Attraction and Retention Strategy program. This program and its methodology aligns the City's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the Reimaging Black Futures in Vaughan: Anti-Black Racism Action Plan (ABR) Plans. Within this role Tricia is responsible for social and operational innovation, providing a strategic lens, developing concepts, implementing tactics that fulfil the key actions and commitments of the plans to foster adoption with the objective of sustainable transformation.

 

Mary Bantug is the Manager of International Projects and Partnerships at Seneca Polytechnic, where she leads initiatives that strengthen educational programs and foster global collaborations. ?Born in the Philippines and having lived and worked in the UK and Tanzania, Mary developed a deep appreciation for travel and cultural immersion, which shapes her approach to education and international development. With over 10 years of experience working with youth and women across Kenya, Tanzania, the Philippines, and the Caribbean, she works with institutions to modernize curriculum, integrate practical skills, and prepare students for workforce opportunities and meaningful employment. 

As a lifelong learner, Mary has dedicated time exploring a variety of fields including Philosophy, International Development Human Security & Peacebuilding and is currently expanding her expertise in Instructional Design.
