Personality: You and the workplace
By knowing our personality style, we can understand our preferences, talents, and blind spots. Similarly, when we know the styles of others, we can appreciate our differences and improve workplace relationships. In this workshop, we examine four personality types, exploring ways to understand each other's values and motivators to enhance workplace communication.
- Compare 4 personality types and identify the unique qualities of each.
- Demonstrate how personality types influence relationships in the workplace.
- Recognize how increased personality awareness leads to greater career success and satisfaction.

- Sessions are not recorded. You can expect to receive a tip sheet via email the day after the session.
- Digital badges are no longer offered for Career Recharge workshops. Workshops are no longer a 4-part series; you are welcome to attend any workshop of interest.
