This workshop covers practical techniques for identifying target customers, crafting compelling messaging, use of digital tools and optimizing sales and marketing channels. Learn how to attract, convert, and retain customers for your business. 

In this session, you will:

  • Understand the fundamentals of customer segmentation, branding, and positioning in a competitive market.
  • Develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to your audience.
  • Learn how to measure marketing and sales effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Sessions are not recorded. You can expect to receive a tip sheet via email the day after the session.
  • Digital badges are no longer offered for Career Recharge workshops. Workshops are no longer a 4-part series; you are welcome to attend any workshop of interest.

About the Facilitator:

Sundar Manku is the Manager, Entrepreneurship Programs at Seneca HELIX, where he leads initiatives that support students, alumni, and community members in developing entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial mindsets. With a strong background in start-up incubation, business development, and innovation strategy, Sundar has designed and delivered programs that help aspiring entrepreneurs turn ideas into viable ventures. In addition to his role at Seneca, Sundar brings hands-on entrepreneurial experience, having successfully launched and scaled his own ventures. His expertise in strategic problem-solving, sales, and business pitching enables him to guide entrepreneurs through key aspects of business growth.
