Facilitator: Prior to joining Seneca Polytechnic, Luca Sirianni worked in Employment Services for over 10 years delivering and designing programming for unemployed Ontarians. In Seneca Works, Luca has worked as an Employer Relations Specialist and a Career Development Practitioner. A proud Seneca Human Resources Alumna and Six Sigma Green Belt, Luca's insights into hiring practices and process improvement continues to benefit our students and alumni in offering relevant and up to date services in flexible formats. In addition to this role, Luca is also the Head Coach of our Women's Varsity Soccer Team which has reached new heights, capturing the 2023 and 2024 Ontario Championships and the 2023 Canadian National Championship.
